Tim has been a former Collegiate National Champion with Penn Sate and went on to play in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts before moving into the private sector.

For the last 10 years he's operated and hosted Manoa Football and Fitness Clinics as well as Tim Manoa's Sports Performance Clinics in Ohio and across the USA.  These have been training camps for youth football and more recently for youth sports performance training in conjunction with Speedburners and Nike, achieving some of the most stunning performance increases in young athletes with a basic speed training clinic.

Rocky has been a former National Bodybuilding Champion spanning 2 decades. Born on the island of Tonga, Rocky Taumoepeau is a veteran   competitive bodybuilder. Rocky has over 30 years experience in personalized training as a former employee of Gold's Gym, Scandinavian, American Fitness, and Pyramid before opening his own personalized training center.

Rocky operates the successful Rocky's Fitness Center in Youngstown, Ohio.  His center has trained hundreds of individuals, bettering themselves physically and personally.
